Net worth tracking
Track your total net worth — and what counts toward FI
Your total net worth includes everything you own: investments, property equity, cash and other assets. But not all of that generates passive income. Yield Clarity separates total wealth from the assets actually funding your financial independence.
Asset categories
Investments
Funds, stocks, ETFs and individual holdings. Track units, cost basis, current value, currency and whether each counts toward FI. Prices update automatically from market data.
Property
Record property equity — your estimated value minus any outstanding mortgage. You decide whether each property is included in your FI calculation.
Cash
Track cash balances across accounts and currencies. Cash can be included as FI-eligible wealth or kept separate as an emergency fund or spending reserve.
Other assets
Business interests, collectibles, receivables or other assets. Track them for total net worth while choosing whether to include them in FI planning.

Why separate FI-eligible wealth?
Your primary residence, a business you can't easily liquidate, or cash earmarked for an emergency fund all contribute to your total net worth — but they don't generate passive retirement income. By separating total wealth from FI-eligible wealth, Yield Clarity gives you a realistic view of the assets actually funding your independence.
